Bourdaloue is a tart invented by a pastry chef in Paris’s Rue Bourdaloue during la Belle Epoque – composed of poached Pear Williams, almond cream and almond on a sweet crust. The tart is finally glazed in the oven.


The size is 8’’ and it's for 6/8 people.
